The first time I wore these earrings I got compliments, they are just a cute little bobble that draws attention and I really like them. The only issue I had was the clip on the back fell off and I couldn’t reattach it. So I contacted Jill and she was amazing. She offered to fix them or send me out new wires so I could do it myself. I opted to fix it myself, she said all I needed was a needle nosed pliers, game on. Well the post office had other plans, and delayed delivering my wires, so right after she sent the second set the first set arrived, my luck. However, I was pleasantly surprised Jill had actually sent me 3 sets of new wires to choose from, how awesome is that? She has amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to make things right, along with offering beautiful quality earrings. Thank you, Jill!
